Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.
1. Change of Mind Returns
If the item is as described but you have decided it is unsuitable (e.g., incorrect fit, no longer needed, or colour preference), you are responsible for the cost of the return postage.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and resalable condition with all tags and packaging intact.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund for the item value will be processed.
2. Statutory Rights: Faulty or Incorrect Items
In accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act, if an item is received damaged, faulty, or is the incorrect item:
We will provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse you for standard return postage costs.
Please contact us within 30 days of receipt with a description of the fault (and photos if applicable) so we can arrange the return for you.
You will be entitled to a full refund, including the original standard delivery cost, or a replacement at no extra charge.
